Universal Transmission & Complete Auto Repair

Excellent service from start to finish! The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They got my vehicle back on the road quickly, and the work was done professionally at a fair price. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but this one earned my confidence. I highly recommend Universal Transmission & Auto Repair to anyone looking for reliable, quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Everyone was friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent from the moment I dropped off my vehicle until it was ready. They were upfront about the repairs, the cost was fair, and they finished the job quickly without sacrificing quality. If you need transmission work or general auto repairs, this is a shop you can trust. I'll definitely be a returning customer and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

Andrew did an outstanding job taking care of my truck! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He took the time to explain what was needed, kept me informed throughout the process, and treated my vehicle as if it were his own. It’s hard to find someone who combines great customer service with quality workmanship, but Andrew exceeded all expectations. My truck is running and looking better than ever, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you’re looking for someone honest, dependable, and dedicated to doing excellent work, I highly recommend Andrew. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I couldn't recommend this place enough. I had my transmission on my 2013 GMC Yukon XL go to the point where it was barely drivable on Monday and had my vehicle back that Friday with a complete rebuild. The manager, Andrew, and his crew are top notch. Great communication along the way, great service, great and honest shop. They will take care of you.
